All reports will have the same initial interface, thus pressing help will lead them to the same help page, except have links for different screen shots which will provide the following descriptions.

Select desired report. Enter date range. Report will be displayed once OK is pressed.
Dollar Leaders- This report shows a listing of all items sold during the time period selected.

	Profit- Total amount taken in for this item subtracted by total cost of items. This is listed from greatest to least. For example, 10 packs of gum sold at $0.99 each ($9.99) minus a cost of 10 packs at $0.55 each ($5.55) which is equal to a total profit of $4.44.
	Sales- Total amount taken for the sale of each product listed from highest amount to lowest amount.

Quantity Leaders- This report lists from most to least the net count of each item sold in the time frame listed.
Department Sales- This report lists sales by department for the selected time frame.

	Detail- Every individual item within each department is listed.
	Summary- Only department totals are listed.

Vendor Sales- This report lists sales by vendor for the selected time frame.

	Detail- Every individual item within each vendor is listed.
	Summary- Only vendor totals are listed.

Group Sales- This report lists sales by price group for the selected time frame.

	Detail- Every individual item within each price group is listed.
	Summary- Only price group totals are listed.

Reconciliation Report- Highlight desired month and press OK. This report gives you a monthly chart of each grade of gasoline listed by day.
Pool Margin Report- Highlight desired month and press OK. This report gives you a monthly chart of amount made per each gallon sold.
Sales Summary- Enter desired time frame and press OK. This report shows total monies collected, taxes collected, fuel sales, and a departmental sales summary for the time frame listed.
Sales Chart- Highlight desired month and press OK. This report lists fuel sales, the first fifteen departments, unknown UPC sales, car wash sales by day.
Daily Book- Enter desired time frame and press OK. This report lists department and fuel sales as well as monies collected and case over/short depending upon Daily Money Count screen.
