Fuel Reconciliation is a comparison of the metered sales from your POS with the actual tank inventories from your electronic tank monitor or measured stick readings. Please refer to EPA guidelines with respect to your tank size and sales volume for allowable variances.
Fuel Gallons and Water Gallons must be entered on a daily basis either manually by clicking within the necessary field, or by your tank monitor sending this information to your POS system. Gallons Delivered must also be entered, unless they have already been entered in the Fuel Delivery screen.
