Use the following main tool bar buttons when performing a handheld delivery using the Portable Data Collector (PDC):

Edit: This button allows you to make changes in the amount of items delivered. You can also perform the Edit function by right-clicking on a highlighted item.

Delete:    This button removes the item delivered from the database. You can also perform the Delete function by right-clicking on a highlighted item.

Print: Pressing this button allows you to print the contents of the current window.

	Note:	Negative amounts are not allowed. If a negative adjustment is desired, you must go to the UPC / PLU Item Information window.

	IMPORTANT:	When the window is closed, you will be prompted to "Save Changes to Database." If NO is selected, the entire delivery will be removed from the database and no adjustments will be made to the current inventory.

Download Delivery: This option allows you to take a delivery from the PDC and place it in the pending delivery file. Once it has been downloaded, you may view and edit the delivery by going to pending delivery.

Pending Delivery: The deliveries are listed by vendor name and date. Highlight the desired delivery and press OK to view the delivery and enter it into the database.

Upload Current Inventory: This option sends all of your current inventory information to the PDC; including barcode, item name (10 character), amount on-hand, retail price, and most recent cost as well as your vendor list.

Download Stock Adjustment: This option allows you to view an adjustment of your inventory taken via the PDC.
