1.	Click the NEW button and enter date of delivery.
2.	The Invoice # field is optional.
3.	Referring to your invoice, enter the defined fields.
4.	The Amount field is automatically calculated using Net gallons X Cost Per Unit.
5.	Taxes are any additional fees, charges or taxes on the invoice.

	Note:	All data entered in this screen will automatically filter into the Fuel Reconciliation and Pool Margin reports. The gasoline cost placed in the Pool Margin report will include taxes per gallon. Thus, the cost reflected here will not be exactly the same as in the Pool Margin report.
