| 1. | Choose 1 RUN from the initial start up menu

| 2. | Press the ENTER key

| 3. | Press 2 ADJUSTMENT
|
|
| 4. | Scan the item to be delivered. Scan by holding down either trigger button or the large button in the top center of the portable data collector.

| 6. | Quantity on hand will be displayed (this is the BOOK value). If the amount displayed is the same as the amount on the shelf (ACTUAL value), press NO (C) and go to the next item.
|
|
| 7. | If the amount displayed is different than what is on the shelf, press YES (ENTER) and enter the new value.
|
|
| 8. | If ADD ITEM is displayed, please go to Entering a New Item With the PDC.
|
|
| 9. | Press YES (ENTER) to save the entry, or NO (C) to cancel this entry from your adjustment.
|
|
| 10. | Once all items are entered, press F1 to exit from the adjustment.
|
|
| 11. | Press YES (ENTER) to end the adjustment, or press NO (C) to continue with the adjustment.
|
|
| 12. | Press F1 EXIT to return to the main screen. This must be done in order send the adjustment to the backroom computer (CPU).
